These past few weeks have been a whirlwind! We moved on the 30th and have been unpacking, organizing, painting etc. ever since! We LOVE our new house (more to come on that) but had a bit of a difficult time saying good-bye to the condo, Milo's first home! We had so many wonderful memories in that place and Eric and I were a little teary-eyed as we walked through it all empty and "said good-bye."
First some memories (I know I am so cheesy!)
Getting our first dog, Yuki
Bringing Milo home form the hospital
Summer fun on the balcony and window boxes
Christmas decorations
Last days:
Beautiful view of the trees from the third floor
A walk by the school
So with that we say "So long" to West Wilson Ave. While we will not miss many things about the neighborhood...it was our boy's first home and we filled that home with love and memories!

i am sure you don't miss the crack heads. i loved standing on the balcony with eric as he pointed out all the criminal houses and the bebe's kids in the neighborhood. eric has such a way of hating on people. its probably one of my fav activities to do with eric. hahaha
so cute Kristin. I will be doing the same thing when we move. :)
Really sweet. Neat pictures, almost brought a tear to my eye! Look forward to being a part of the memories to come in your beautiful new home. Love you, Dad
Very sweet! I have so many fond memories of hanging out at your place - Mary's bachelorette party, Couples Game night, meeting Milo for the first time, admiring the amazing nursery you designed, chatting with you & Eric, and many good talks :) I can't wait to come to the new house and make memories there.
what a lovely entry that was. I am surprised that you ddin't say you would miss Eddie! You sure did have a lovely home on Wilson and you will on Yeeha Neehah too

The tears are rolling, no big surprise there. You do have a way with words K. Very sweet.
I will not miss the stairs though.
After crying, I'm now laughing after reading Marla's comments.
The post plus reading the comments have me strolling down memory lane. I loved this place, and I loved your last apartment...so I'm sure I will love the next place. Must be the people! ;)
